Commercial Design

We’ll contribute to every phase of your project to ensure the final result is exactly as you envisioned, all the while taking into consideration the safety, welfare and aesthetic of those who will use or occupy the space.

Our commercial design services are $125 per hour.

• Defining the scope
• Planning and design: space planning, design concepts, finish specifications, furniture specifications, art and accessory programs
• Construction coordination: project management, bid management, move management
• Schematics: drawings, proposed space plans, 3D sketches, Mood Boards, material samples
• Design development: refine the concepts approved in the schematic phase, including finalization of plan specs, lighting, materials, furnishings and budget
